本利用規約は、REMOVE Workflow（以下「本サービス」）の利用条件を定めるものです。利用者は、本サービスを利用することで本規約に同意したものとみなされます。
本サービスは18歳以上の方のみ利用できます。18歳未満の方は利用できません。
利用者は以下の行為をしてはなりません。
利用者は、自身が正当な権利を有する画像のみをアップロードできます。生成結果の利用に関する責任は利用者自身が負うものとします。
本サービスの出力はAIによる自動生成であり、正確性、完全性、合法性、特定目的への適合性を保証しません。
運営者は、違反行為、システム負荷、メンテナンス、その他必要と判断した場合、事前通知なく本サービスの全部または一部を停止・制限できます。
アップロード画像、生成結果、ログ等の取り扱いについては、別途定めるプライバシーポリシーに従います。
本サービスの利用または利用不能により発生した損害、トラブル、第三者との紛争について、運営者は法令上許される範囲で責任を負いません。
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約を変更できます。変更後に本サービスを利用した場合、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなされます。
These Terms of Service govern the use of REMOVE Workflow (“the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service is available only to users who are 18 years of age or older. Users under 18 may not use the Service.
You must not use the Service for any of the following:
You may upload only images that you have the lawful right to use. You are solely responsible for your use of generated content.
Outputs are automatically generated by AI. The Service does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness for any particular purpose.
The operator may suspend, restrict, or terminate all or part of the Service without prior notice when necessary, including for abuse, system load, maintenance, or policy violations.
Uploaded images, generated outputs, and logs are handled according to the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator is not responsible for damages, disputes, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the Service.
The operator may update these Terms when necessary. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
